This salad is extremely easy to cook. And extremely tasty to eat! It's good to eat by yourself with a fork or to serve on the toasts as an appetizer or snack. Be careful! If you are hungry when you start eating then you will not be able to stop until you're absolutely replete!
Ingredients
hard boiled eggs - 5sardinas canned
green onion - 1 bunch
lemon - 1/3
mayonnaise - 150 ml.
salt
pepper
Take out sardinas from a can preliminary pour out oil or any other liquid which fills a can. Then grind fish thoroughly in small pieces using fork. In some countries sardinas are not so popular, so you can buy canned tuna it will taste almost the same. I've tried it while travelling to United States. Important not to add anything else before you grind sardinas!
Cut green onion and add it to a bowl with grinded fish. Press juice out of lemon and add it too.
Next shell 5 hard-boiled eggs and cut them into small cubes like shown on pictures below. I use special cuttet for hard-boiled eggs as I cook often salads with eggs. If I'm not at home then knife is good too (with a good movie).
When all ingredients are in a bowl add some mayonnaise, pepper, salt if you like and mix it up. Your salad should be like a thick paste but not dry - there must be enough mayonnaise for a good taste.
So fish salad is ready and you can start eating it immediately just put some on a slice of bread and enjoy it!
Another good way to serve it on toasts. It is nice as an appetizer - simply make small toasts put some salad on them and add a final note with guelder berry!
